We have recently moved in the last few months and after some decorating, we have a double bedroom available in the Cogges area of Witney - it's about a 15 min walk into the centre of town and 10 min walk to the bus stop to Oxford. It's a quiet area in a cul-de-sac so no through traffic.

You would be sharing with myself and my brother who live-in.

Double Bedroom available (Bedroom 1 on floorplan)
- Largest of the three bedrooms
- Furnished with a queen bed with storage underneath
- New wardrobe and small chest of drawers
- Desk provided for potential work from home

Shared Space
- Kitchen: Electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, plenty of storage.
- Bathroom: Renovated in the last two years, good walk-in shower, bath, toilet and sink.
- Living/dining room: Sofa/TV, Dining Table
- Conservatory/Office: Comfortable second living space with sofa bed plus computer/desk space
- Garden: Low maintenance patio
- Garage Gym: Pretty functional gym space
- Parking: The two driveway spaces are taken by our cars but there is plenty of on-street parking, there are no restrictions

We are both very easy-going and are active and love sport, we're both professionals who work from home quite often.
