Detached one bed studio to rent - private garden

I'm looking for a new tenant for my little cottage-cum-studio in Cassington, 5 miles north of Oxford and just 20 minutes away by bus, as my work has changed since I took on the contract.

The Bell (where the landlords live) was a pub and Bell Studio must have been an out-house, so it has character.

The landlords are really nice. They've encouraged me to have my friends round for film-nights in the garden and recently made me grape jam from the vines that grow just by the door to the cottage.

There is a private courtyard/garden and vegetable patch.

The studio is a stones-throw from a footpath through fields to Worton Kitchen Garden.

In the spring, I slept with the cottage door open and could hear bleating lambs from a neighbouring farm.

There is on-street parking and a direct bus every twenty minutes from Cassington to Oxford City Centre.

All in all, a lovely place to live!
