Cosy, Calm Double Room in Friendly Home

Despite being a five minute walk away from the centre of town it is a quiet and safe area. I have some lovely neighbours.

My house has a nice modern kitchen, a good sized living room with a really comfy sofa. I have a TV with Netflix and Sky, as well as a PS5. I have a utility room, and a sheltered back garden (which I hope to make it come to life next year). I have a decent sized bathroom upstairs with a large bath. I have an allocated parking space as well, which fits two cars.

Your bedroom is painted a calm green, and has a single bed. It also has a huge bookcase - which the contents will be emptied before you arrive. I will also furnish it with a couple more items, when I am sure I will have a housemate! The view out of your window is not exposed and gets a nice amount of sunlight.

I would love to find someone who is calm, easy-going, tidy and respectful. Perhaps someone who likes to read, game, do Grandma hobbies, go hiking, and loves animals - I occasionally look after animals: I will of course be responsible for them and won't let them in your room unless you want them to. I would prefer a working professional or a mature student. (Witney to Oxford via bus is less than an hour.) I am not so much looking for someone who is into clubbing or parties, or is overly extroverted.

Bills are included in the rent fees. I also have a TV license.
