Small single room available short term or mid week

I have a small but pleasant single room in my house that is available for very short term lets or mid week requirements only. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. There is off road parking by arrangement depending on the size of your car or plenty of local on road parking. Non smokers only please and must be happy with lively dogs as I have 3 and they are border collies so very energetic. The room would suit someone who just needs midweek nights for a local job or someone who wants to stay in the area for work for a very short period. The rent will be adjusted according to the number of nights you require.
