Small double room with cupboard available- Witney

Hello!

I have a small furnished double room available for a lodger, in Witney, from April 1st. It has a cupboard with a clothes rail inside and a bed with storage underneath. The broadband is also in that room so an excellent connection. It's is £600 pcm which includes bills. It's a 10 minute walk to the bus stop, where the S1 goes to Oxford, and 25 minutes to town. There is also on street parking.
It is a shared flat with myself and my three year old dog. I am looking for someone respectful and tidy who also is happy with a dog welcoming party whenever they walk in.
Ideally female from 23-40, in a professional position.
I have many interests, I like going to the gym, football, nerdy things, reading, walking with my dog, the pub quiz, cooking and others! but it would be great to align on at least one (Bonus if it's cooking).
