I am a hands-on service provider and will communicate directly with you regarding any queries you may have during your tenancy.

Our rooms are designed with you in mind, and this room is no exception. A good-sized bright double room with a designated workspace, super-fast broadband, and a TV point is currently available. Sharing a sizeable bright shower room with only one other housemate, with a weekly clean included in your bills!
**The hub of the house**
I understand how critical communal spaces are in a house share, so we designed our Co-Living home with that in mind.
Cook a storm in our modern kitchen and have a dinner party with your fellow housemates!
Or, if you would prefer a cosy night in, there is no better place than the communal lounge, where you can relax and unwind in front of the TV.
**Location**
It is located in the "cool" and desirable village of Eynsham, with its independent shops, in West Oxfordshire, only a short distance from Oxford and five miles from Witney. With a thriving community village, all essential shops and amenities are nearby.
Two regular buses connect the village to Oxford/Witney (via Stagecoach, the S1 and S2).
The S1 also goes to the train station for access to London & immediate access to A40.
