Double room for single occupancy in family home

Good sized double room with shared bathroom/kitchen/cleaning/laundry/wifi/and bills included there is room for a small desk if needed ,prefer 3 months plus rental
We are a clean tidy mature married couple renting out 2 rooms in our family home we have a friendly dog who is quiet and calm.
we live across the road from port meadow in wolvercote, the regular bus takes about 15 mins along the Woodstock Rd to oxford city centre, we are also on a Good commuter route to Oxford ring road.
we are looking for a clean, tidy, quiet professional person to join us
we provide everything for your use ie cookware, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, all bedding including duvet, cover, sheets ect
There is no living room or garden for your use
we are child free and smoke free
