Double room to rent

The bedroom is bright and well furnished, with a small double bed, desk and drawers. As a house, we share a large, well-equipped open-plan kitchen and living area, a garden. There are big front garden to parking. The house itself is in very good condition.

Rent prices do not include bills for energy which you need to split with two couples monthly but include water, council tax, broadband etc.

We would prefer a male to move in from now, with the contract running until 30th June 2025.
