Cosy double bedroom in beautiful Wolvercote 7 May

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in at the start of May, as my lovely flatmate is sadly moving out.

This beautiful house is in Wolvercote, a peaceful and green area, with Port Meadow at the end of the road. The street is super quite and you can only hear singing birds in the morning. The bus stop is only a 1 minute walk away. You can also cycle to the city centre alongside the beautiful Oxford canal in a 15 minute ride. This will bring you a lot of peace to start your day!

The house is two-floors and has two double bedrooms and two studios (one in the house and another one in the garden). The kitchen includes dishwasher and washing machine. There is also off-road parking. Additional bills are approximately £150-200 each per month and depending on the season (inc. council tax, gas, electricity, water, and Wi-Fi). The rent is under a No Deposit Option (NDO), so no deposit is needed.

A bit about me: I am 35 years old. I work for the University of Oxford in topics such as technology and climate change. I split my time between the office and working from home. I love exploring Oxfordshire with friends and I am sometimes traveling due to my work. I love reading books and I am currently writing my own one. I also enjoy cooking Spanish food, making pottery and learning how to prepare pickles!

Ideally, I’m looking for someone of a similar age who wants to be friends as well as flatmates. I would like to meet someone who feels this house as home and spend time in making it a cosy place with more plants, etc.!
