Conditions
- I'll need the security deposit and first month's rent paid up front, upon you signing the contract, which I will of course provide.
- The bills I cover are water and internet, because useage is pretty fixed. That leaves electricity, water and council tax to you, which will add approx £200 to the monthly bill. So, £1100 total. I'm potentially open to negotiation on reducing the bills, depending on how much your up-front payment is. Ultimately, it's a nice place which will be all yours to do as you wish with, in a lovely location, which is worth the cost.
