Double room short let in Wolvercote Oxford

I have my room up for rent for 4 weeks (04/10/14 - 01/11/14) while I am away on work. It is a very bright and spacious double room with a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk and chair. It also has ample storage.

House is located on Godstow road in Wolvercote. The surrounding area is very green and quiet with regular buses into the city centre and excellent access to the ring road. There is parking outside with no permits required and also space for bikes round the back.

The house shares a toilet with shower/bath. The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 fridge/freezers. Also included is virgin media 100MB fibre optic internet and a cleaner comes to clean the communal area weekly.

Current housemates are 2 guys (and someone yet to join us). All of us are young professionals. We are preferably looking for someone with a similar timetable (hence no students please).

Price for the month is £550 which includes all bills and council tax.
