Short term- room in spacious house, Woodstock

Hi,
Spare room to rent in my house available for 2/3 months.
It is a 3 bedroom house although the third room I keep as a study or for the occasional guest. The room I am renting is furnished with a small double bed and wardrobes. It is a shared bathroom but there is a separate loo downstairs as well.
I have a garden, off-street parking and a garage or shed for bikes etc. It is a quiet neighbourhood just 8 mins walk to the centre of Woodstock, 2 mins walk to the kissing gate into Blenheim park and 1 minute to the bus for Oxford/Chipping Norton. I also have a cat who is very friendly so please like cats!
I work full time at a hotel so endure funny shift patterns. In my spare time I like to run round Blenheim or go for nice walks. I have a good social life but I rarely entertain at home, I tend to be out in the pubs or weekends away. At home I am just chilling or doing housework etc.
Looking for someone who is tidy, chilled and independent, preferably a young-ish professional. No parties, no couples or pets please, and preferably not someone who is full time WFH.
I charge £650pcm including everything. That is quite low for Woodstock but I just want to get the right person in, and the deal is I might ask you to feed the cat from time to time, haha!!
I tend to keep the tenancies short because I am not really looking for a long term housemate, but it helps towards the bills and good company for the cat on the few nights that I am away here and there.
