My name is Ellie (48) and I live in this house with my 9 year old son (who lives here half of the time and with his father the other half of the time).
We currently don't have any pets, but would like to get a cat soon so I'm hoping to find a lodger who is happy to be around cats.
I am letting this house and I have an approval from the Landlord to get a lodger. Looking for someone more on a long term basis but, short time is fine too.
Most of the bills are included in the rent, apart from the heating bill, which may add another £50 per month on top. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
