Double room available in Woodstock from November

Double, furnished room available with access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, living area, and garden. Separate toilet downstairs. The property is a new build which I am due to complete on at the start of November. Pictures will be added as soon as I have access to the property.

Visitor parking and street parking available. 10 minute walk into Woodstock town centre, and to Blenheim palace. Buses to Witney and Oxford city centre. Coffee shop within a two minute walk from the house. WIFI and bills included.

I live here with my two pets, a puggle and an indoor cat, so you must be an animal person as they will likely want to be around you 😊Because the cat is an indoor cat, I do ask that my future housemate is careful in regards to windows not being left open and doors, as I do not want her to escape! 😊

I am a 31 year old female who works in HR. I work in the office three days a week and from home two days per week. My working hours are from 07:00 -15:30pm so I am often up and out the house by 5:30am on the days I am in the office to go to the gym. I am quiet but it will not suit everyone if you are very sensitive to noise!
