My newly renovated cottage is located in the lovely town of Woodstock and is less than 5 minutes’ walk to all bus routes, many restaurants, pubs and shops and Blenheim Palace, all located on the high street and surrounding area. Rent for each room includes all utility bills, use of kitchen and lounge. The double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The kitchen, lounge and toilet/shower room are on the ground floor. The cottage backs onto the grounds of Blenheim Palace and there is a pedestrian entrance to the grounds just 50 yards away.
