Single bed room, with own bathroom..

Room has a wardrobe, set of drawers (5) and a shelf unit, with space for a desk which I could probably source if you don't have one.
I have my own en-suite bathroom so you would basically have your own bathroom, which has both bath and a shower. Shared living room, I have Sky, netflix, good broadband etc. would be ideal for someone working from home.
There is a dog and 2 young cats, both friendly. Also some chickens so sometimes free eggs. I only really cook twice a week at most evening wise, but when I do have 3+ people over to eat. You will have your own under counter fridge and half of tall freezer. Washing machine and dishwasher. Big garden, great rural location for walking, pub within easy walking distance. Has own parking space, very secure at night off the road. Very close to a horse yard so would be a plus if you were comfortable around horses but not a requirement.
Council tax/bills are included in the pcm, some things like use of my printers etc can be discussed as and when.
