I am looking to let the room to couple at £875 per month or a single person for £750 per
month.

You will have use of huge garden with your own plots to grow veg and flowers etc .

Your bedroom is the upstairs room with an amazing view of the huge back garden. If you’re a keen Gardner this would suit well. It has a brand new king size ottoman bed in the room.

Access to Sky/Disney+/Netflix/Amazon prime streaming services in living room.

Buses run direct to city centre / train station.

Full use of washing machine/heat pump cloths dryer/ Dish washer , Fridge freezer etc , brand new oven.

Full use of kitchen and all machines , New utility’s area next to kitchen with Washing machine and Tumble dryer , Chest freezer , bbq etc .

The living/dinning room has a dining table and chairs for up to 4 people to eat. You can of course use it at your leisure for breakfast lunch and dinner . Eating in room is allowed.

Liking kids is probably a must as it’s a family home with me and my 10year old boy (sleeps very well at night 😀)

My friend lives in the other bedroom downstairs . He is a chief and enjoys cooking and he works full time.

We are looking for a clean and tidy person who is not too noisy after 11pm , We share the Cleaning duty’s of the communal areas. We do have a cleaner twice a month and a Gardner.
