A lovely double room in a beautiful cottage

My lovely best friend is moving out as she has bought her own place. So I am in need of filling her room!

Ideally I would love someone who has similar interests to me. I am super social and I have a miniature schnauzer who is very friendly (he is anti allergen). He is with my parents whilst I am in the office three days a week.

The house is close to the canal which is ideal for cycling into town within 20 minutes. Or there is a bus stop 1 minute away for buses going into Oxford or to Charlbury. I have a shed for bikes to be stored in securely. There is a lot of on street parking (no permits needed.)

Desk in the room with enough space for two screens. And lots of storage space under the bed or in the wardrobe. The bed is a king size but can be made smaller into a single if you would prefer.

I have my own study which is through my bedroom where I work two days a week in. It’s on the other side of the staircase which makes it feel more separate.
