If you are a student Pilot ✈️ or into aviation this house would surely suits you well as there’s quite a few ATPL , PPL and aviation related books. I had my PPL ages ago and I’m sure we can have a bit of laugh😅
House is about 2 miles from Oxford airport - around 5 minutes by car.

Would also suits well a healthcare professional as there’s some medical books in the shelf.

Shower/toilet locate downstairs and to be share with 1 more person.

Living area has a TV, reclining sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and Virgin media broadband.

Kitchen has full appliances - Professional Meat Slicer, fruit processor, espresso machine, air fryer, fridge freezer, oven, electric cooking hob, deep fat fryer, washing/dryer, dish washer, Kitchen Aid ( Mixer , hand blender and pasta maker ) and Porsche Chroma 301 Knives .
If you like cooking I’m sure we can gain some weight 😅

From the sunny and comfy conservatory, you will enjoy a huge garden with charcoal bbq grill, pub bench with Guinness parasol, Guinness beer tap setup and farm view with a gorgeous sunset 🌅

Driveway available for parking.

Buses to Oxford or Chipping Norton literally across the street.

In average, a bus journey to Oxford would take around 20 minutes to George st.

We are looking for a clean, tidy and not noisy person.

Communal areas are cleaned every 2 weeks.
