You will be living with me and 2 young girls (10-12yrs)in a large 4 bedroom house. There are 3 separate living areas to enjoy together or alone, and a large kitchen plus utility room. We are and want a friendly person, tidy and respecteful of the property and of individual choices and privacyas we are. Large garden also to be enjoyed if the weather allows it.
The property is 20 min walking from town center and main bus stop to Edinburgh, so if you mind walking suits better if you have a car. The bus journay to Edinburgh is ~50 min to the city center, 40 min by car. So may suits to someone working local or with a car.
The house is in a quiet residential area. Since we are only female of which 2 young ones, I will be accepting only female lodger. References will be expected.
