Double bedroom in the tweed valley - Short term

Hello!

Thanks for having a look, I've got a lovely double bedroom for rent in a flat in Walkerburn. The room is available for short term only!

The room is south facing and gets positively flooded with sunshine when it's out. It currently has a double bed, inbuilt shelves, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and a lil stool.

There is a hallway, bathroom, living room/dining room with log burner, kitchen (ran out of photo uploads, so only a small section of the kitchen showing), small spare room to store things (including bikes) and a private decking area which currently has a wood store. Washing machine and tumble drier.

There is one private parking space to the rear. The community around us is brilliant as well - you'll be warmly welcomed.

I live in the attic (a slightly less cool batman), where I have a bedroom and a small study.

I like to be warm, so often light the fire in the evening. Plus there is a new energy efficient boiler.

Generally I like cooking (the eating and dancing part!), reading, napping and being outdoors (walking, cycling). Open to hanging out, and equally happy to give you your space. Generally up early, and asleep early. Occasionally disappear on adventure.

Practicalities:

You must be veggie/vegan, non smoking, no drugs. Sorry!

Open to pets, couples and any other specific needs. This would need to be discussed and rent request might change.

I speak Italian and English. All languages, nationalities welcome!

Currently the property has no wi-fi (shocking in this day and age!), so I've reduced the rent. All bills are included!
