Kingsized bed in well equipped flat

Hi, this is letting the other large bedroom in my flat in Walkerburn. It has it's own bathroom (yellow one in pics) there's also a a 65" TV and sound system in there right now which can be used as I collect too much tech. 😂 The bed is memory foam mattress and as I used to run an Airbnb I have Egyptian cotton sheets that can be used.

The flat itself is very spacious over 2.5 floors, the main bathroom with walkin shower is downstairs. The lounge is massive and I have a cinema system with 130" screen, I love watching films and redecorated the house after buying my brother out.

The kitchen is fully equipped and I like to cook, ideally it would be nice to have someone who wants to share meals sometimes and I buy local produce as much as I can.

There's a garden with views over the river outside and I have a hot tub that can be used.

In the other flat in the building that used to be the Airbnb I have my parents living now while they build their new house with their little poochon Maisie.

The house is council tax band B, all bills included in the rent including 500mbps fibre and a cleaner does the downstairs once a week.

I run a business that's next door and like to be outdoors, currently waiting on shoulder surgery so it's walking over biking right now. I often visit friends in Manchester or London at the weekend.

The Innerleithen mountain bike trails are right outside my front door. This is a village, so you will need to have a car to get around.
