Spacious attic room in the Tweed Valley

Hello!

Thanks for having a look, I've got a lovely double attic room for rent in a flat in Walkerburn. All bills included, no surprises! (gas, electricity, council tax, fibre broadband, wood for the burner)

The room's windows are south facing and get positively flooded with sunshine when it's out. It currently has a super kind futon bed (with a natural latex mattress and memory foam pillows), chest of drawers, clothes rack, bean bag sofa and desk.

There is a hallway, bathroom, living room/dining room with log burner, kitchen (Ran out of photo uploads, so only a small section of the kitchen showing), and a private decking area which currently had a wood store. Scope to add storage or planters if you're that way inclined :) Washing machine and tumble drier.

The community around us is brilliant - you'll be warmly welcomed.

If you're interested get in touch and we can meet all three of us, online or in person (come for dinner and boardgames?).

I'm tending to being away a lot of the time, but when I'm about I like cooking (the eating and dancing part!), reading, napping and being outdoors (walking, cycling). Open to hanging out, and equally happy to give you your space. Generally up early, and asleep early. Occasionally disappear on adventure.

The dull stuff:

You must be veggie/vegan, non smoking, no drugs. Sorry!

Open to pets, and any other specific needs. This would need to be discussed.

I speak Italian and English, and am begining Polish. All languages, nationalities welcome!
