Longer term let is £500 per month for single occupancy or £550 for a couple. The rent is for a minimum of 3 months.
30 days notice must be given when vacating the room.

The house is five minutes walk from local amenities and bus stop. The room is fully furnished, bright and quiet, overlooking a large garden.
Room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and broadband available. House has gas central heating, double glazing, large garden with washing line. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy. Deposit and references are required.
There is a cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and washing machine in the kitchen.
There is a lovely modern bathroom with a bath and a seperate shower.
This is a residential home and homeworkers need not apply.
Gleneagles hotel is 5 mins away. Easy commuting to Stirling, Perth and Dundee. Edinburgh is about an hour away and Glasgow about an hour and a half.
