Longer term let is £500 per month for single occupancy. The rent is for a minimum of 3 months.

The house is five minutes walk from local amenities and bus stop. The room is fully furnished, bright and quiet, overlooking a large garden.
Room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and has sky broadband available. House has gas central heating, double glazing, large garden with washing line. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and quiet. Deposit and references are required.
There is a cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and washing machine in the kitchen.
There is a lovely modern bathroom with a bath and a seperate shower. Cleaning and vacuuming is shared.
This is a residential home and homeworkers and Students need not apply. Gleneagles staff are welcome.
Gleneagles hotel is a mile or 5 mins away by car. Easy commuting to Stirling, Perth and Dundee. Edinburgh is about an hour away and Glasgow about an hour and a half.
