Auchterarder - king sized room

Dear all,

My name is Brian: I own and live in a large 3 bedroom home in Auchterarder and I am looking for someone to take the spare king sized bedroom.

It is just me in the house and I feel a bit guilty about having 2 spare bedrooms. I will keep the other double room free for guests.

I work from home for a Danish engineering company, and I travel for work for a week or so a month. So you will have a free house some weeks / weekends.

The house is just off the high street in Auchterarder, which is a lovely town with a lots of different shops and a great community spirit: walking, jogging, drama clubs etc.

The bedroom / house is fully furnished with a shared living room with a large dining table and new TV / HiFi / games consoles / broadband etc. And a big kitchen etc.

I moved in last year: see the attached pictures which I took this week.

But there is also a video from the estate agents from last year before I moved in which gives you a good idea. The house is almost the same: the bedrooms and living room are different but the kitchen and bathroom are the same. The house also has a new weatherproof paint job outside which looks nicer.

I am good company and easy going and looking for someone similarly easy going. I like to cook so having some shared meals could be nice.

I enjoy nature, and cycling up to Gleneagles hotel for some golf and a swim.
