I am a friendly lady with 3 small Maltese/Bichon Frise dogs. I have a nice semi secluded garden and patio area, all bills included and there is a good bus service into Perth only 4 miles away, and I am near the slip road onto the motorway for all directions. There is a large dining kitchen area and bathroom with shower and a separate downstairs toilet. Full use of all amenities, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc.. The village has a lovely selection of pubs and restaurants. Ladies preferred, thanks.
