Description
Hi,
I'm currently renting a two bed house near Aberfeldy and I'm looking for a flatmate to share with, which the landlords have approved.
The room available is a ground floor, en-suite double room with a bed, bedside tables and dresser. There is space for additional furniture such as drawers, wardrobe or clothes rack. A shared modern kitchen and a shared upstairs living room are also part of the property.
Ideally looking for someone who is used to sharing and that I could get along with - I'm from the South of England, studied French and German, have lived abroad and love sport, music, films and work in the whisky industry.
Additional bills would be a split of council tax, electricity and wood pellets for the biomass boiler, expected to total approx £200 a month per person (which seems expensive but the main expense of this is the heating with the biomass boiler).
It wouldn't be suitable for someone looking for super long term, as the landlords have told me they may be looking to move back in around April time. I'm mostly around in the evenings and quite often away over weekends, so depending on your work pattern you may often have it to yourself.
