I’m moving out from the flat and I need to find somebody to replace me.
About the flat:
That’s 1 bedroom flat /1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and bath/. There is a Romanian woman in the bedroom and I used the living room for myself, however there is a kitchen in there so sometimes you may be disturbed by the woman if she needs to cook something but mostly it’s quiet and peaceful. The flat is fully furnished, I only would suggest to buy one bed for the living room as I’m taking mine with me. There is grocery stores near the flat, fast food, petrol station and etc. The flat is located in Coupar Angus near the chicken factory so if you are working there it would be perfect for you.
The rent is 300/monthly and the bill will be split in two, approx 50£ per month
