Large Double room with built in double wardrobe, ensuite shower and beautiful views over the local countryside. The room is situated above our double garage and accessible by an independent stairwell from our family kitchen.
We are looking for a single person, possibly professional who is travelling due to work commitments. We are not at this time looking for a long term lodger and are happy to consider a one month rolling agreement.
We are looking for an individual who is quiet and respectful. Ideally a non-smoker and certainly no smoking/vaping in the home. We have a large garden with covered sitting area.
We have four friendly pets; two dogs and two cats. Car parking is available. .
We are a professional couple who enjoy the simpler things in life, listening to music, conversation and good food.
The house is situated in rural Perthshire and surrounded by farmland and beautiful country views.

12 miles (25 mins drive) from Perth
8 miles (15 mins drive) from Blairgowrie
