Large double room in Gilmerton near Crieff

Large double room in country cottage.

The bedroom is a spacious, comfortable double room overlooking the garden, in a detached house in a quiet area off the street. The bedroom has a desk and a chair, ample storage space, tv (disconnected from an antenna) and a digital radio. Multiple sets of bed linen and towels are provided. Double-glazed partially tilted windows and independent electrical heating (programmable, analogue).

You have your own private bathroom which has a powerful shower , a sink (with a single mixed water tap), wc, cupboards, laundry basket, extractor and heating fan.

The rest of the house is shared. We have a large kitchen, sitting room and sunroom.

The kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, induction cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, cupboard for your own use, and dishes, pans, cutlery, etc. which you are also free to use (can put them in the dishwasher afterwards).

The house has wifi and all bills are included. We have a cat so would prefer animal lovers. Direct access to the front garden and patio. The garden is large and is secluded, with a variety of different trees, shrubs, stream, etc. See pictures for more derails.

There is private off- road parking, if required. Being situated in Gilmerton there is a regular bus service about a minutes walk from the house so, is easily accessible to Crieff and Perth.

This would suit somebody who enjoys outdoor activities( two bikes are available free of charge)
as there are trails for walking, cycling, etc. Perth is 16 miles and Crieff is 1.5 miles.
