Central heating , free broadband, big wall mounted TV, computer desk, and there is a shower/drying room with a WC and another mutual toilet plus kitchen and use of appliances included. All bills included also. Owner, who is female, works away a lot so shared use of rest of the property is fine except for the private living room. The weekly rent of £90 is payable weekly in advance (preferably on a Friday).
