Couple renting out spare double room, Crieff.

We recently bought our first home in Crieff. It is a 3 bedroom house in a new development. We are looking to rent out our second bedroom. It is a furnished double bedroom. There is no en-suite but you would have access to your own bathroom. Shared kitchen and living room where you are welcome to cook meals and watch TV. We also have a 2 year old cockapoo, Breagha with us so a lover of dogs is a must. My partner is a teacher so out of the house 5 days a week at work, I work from home 3 days a week and am office based the other 2. We are tidy, friendly, laid back people. Couples considered for an increased rate.

Price also includes a cleaner once a month to clean the whole house.
