I have a double room available in my lovely house in Dunning, Perthshire. You will have full use of all the facilities within the rest of the property, including sole use of your own bathroom. There is an additional downstairs shower room which is also for your use as I have my own en-suite room. There is ample off road parking to the side of the house and a small courtyard garden to the rear. The house has gas central heating and a woodburning stove for those winter evenings! The kitchen has a brand new electric 'Everhot' cooker (similar to an Aga), which keeps the large kitchen beautifully cosy. Excellent broadband throughout the house. I like a clean, tidy home so you would be expected to respect that. Dunning is ideal for Perth, Dundee, Stirling, St Andrews, Glasgow and Edinburgh, all of which are within easy commuting distance so would suit a professional person. Situated in exquisite countryside, this is perfect for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. We also have a thriving tennis club and challenging golf course, right here on the doorstep. On top of all of that, there is a well stocked shop around the corner and a fabulous (quiet!) pub next door which serves great food and drink.
