Room with private bathroom and living room

A large bedroom, private living room and bathroom(plus a separate shower room) within a large house. Separate entrance with parking and a large garden.
We are a retired couple whose children have left home. The house is large, so you will have more privacy than normal.
We would occasionally use the kitchen and the dining room and sunroom would be private to us.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washer and dryer
The sitting room has a tv.
