Although I have selected live in landlord I won’t be residing there all the time with you, will be on a come and go basis without you really having my full presence. Flat in Ruthvenfield, in the outskirts of Perth. Really lovely rural feel but with the benefit of everything you need within reaching distance. Bus route at the end of the road and another at a ten minute walk away. Crieff road Tesco’s is a 15 minute walk and Perth college 30 minute. Aldi’s and M&S along the road at the Inveralmond Industrial Estate. Have my own parking space also.
