Chilled house, big garden, quick commute to Dundee

I’m looking for a lodger for one of my spare rooms.

The house is 3 bed, one bathroom (huge bath), living room, kitchen diner and conservatory. It’s surrounded by fields and in a nice welcoming village a ten min drive to Dundee/Ninewells.


I work from home so looking for someone who usually goes out to work. I’m sociable but do like my alone time too.

I’m open to negotiating rates for Mon-Fri lets or someone who would want to take on the cleaning or who is practical as I always have home/garden improvement jobs on the go.

I like working in the garden, bbqs, outdoor adventures, festivals, diy, audiobooks, creativity, travel and hanging with family and friends.
