Great house, great location!

The detached house has three bedrooms, big living, kitchen and dining areas, a conservatory and bathroom that is being renovated in January so will have shower abs bath. The garden is great, backs onto a park and I have a pool and hot tub that are up from time to time. 10min drive to Dundee and the village has a shop, pub, cafe etc.
All bills included (council tax, utilities, wifi, entertainment, etc.)

Rooms is furnished. I can add/remove any unwanted furniture.

I split my time between mine and my partners house as I work remotely so you will often have the home to yourself.

Advertising as Mon-Fri because we spend every second weekend at mine but open to discussion if you’re also someone who is also away some weekends - happy to cross over just nice to have the place alone sometimes. Open to negotiate on rent if you are handy (garden/DIY).
