Great house, great location!

The detached house has three bedrooms, big living, kitchen and dining areas, a conservatory and bathroom that is being renovated in January so will have shower and bath. The garden is great, backs onto a park and I have a pool and hot tub that are up from time to time. 10min drive to Dundee and the village has a shop, pub, cafe etc.

All bills included (council tax, utilities, wifi, entertainment, etc.)

Room is furnished. I can add/remove any unwanted furniture.

I split my time between mine and my partners house as I work remotely so you will often have the home to yourself. Looking for someone active (e. g. some travel/weekend away) so we have some time together and both have some time to ourselves.
