Looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in my semi detached bungalow. Has a lovely garden which you would be able to use.
Shared kitchen and bathroom
Living room wouldn't be avaliable to access.
I am mostly at work or out walking and socialising. I don't often have guests so the house is quiet and I would ask no guests to be around.
I am a clean, tidy person and would ask the same of a lodger.
There is space to accommodate a car if needed and the village has a regular bus service into perth and surrounding areas.
