Double room for rent in Craigie/Moncrieffe area

Good sized double room for rent in 3 bedroom flat in the Glens area of Perth. 1st floor flat in quad-block comprising hall, 3 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, bathroom, good sized living room and dining kitchen. The area is quiet and only a 15 minutes walk into town. Tesco is only 5 minute walk away and there is a local shop and takeaway even closer.

I work shifts so would be looking for someone who is considerate to this.

This is not a party flat, I enjoy having a few people round for a drink but nothing out of hand.

At the minute I have a dog and a cat but the cat is going due to it being totally destructive. I accept dogs and small animals, just no cats please.

Gas/electric included in rent, only addition would be any phone calls made.

The flat has Virgin broadband and tv although because the walls are solid, the broadband is limited to the livingroom and kitchen.
