Starting to look for someone to rent my spare room - commutable distance to Perth/Pitlochry/Aberfeldy.

Good sized double bedroom, shared kitchen, livingroom & bathroom.

Parking available in layby outside the property and nice countryside views. Quite village, but there is a local convience shop/restaurant and lots of lovely walks from the doorstep.

Would consider shorter term (few months) & preferably female.
