Double Room with shared bathroom

I have a large house situated within walking distance of the town centre and Perth college. I have a large double room available. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath shared with one other person. This is a ground floor room. There is a door directly from this room into the garden. There is shared use of the kitchen and laundry facilities. The room is available from 1 September for a long term let. There are 2 friendly dogs in the house. We have a strict no smoking policy anywhere in the grounds. There is a large garden, and secure bike storage if required.
