Quiet double room, close to town centre & college

Room to let is a double bedroom. Currently has no bed but can have one set up for you.

All bills included in cost (including wifi and Sky TV). Room shares large living room, kitchen and bathroom. Property is a two bedroom, upper flat with a driveway (suitable for up to 3 cars), outside shed and garden space.

Flat is in peaceful location in Perth, close to Perth College UHI campus and within walking distance of the town.

Looking for (preferably) female flatmate who is mature (not necessarily in age!) and is outgoing and laid back.

Current tennant (myself) is 25 year professional who works 5 days a week 9-6 and enjoys being active with running for social and competitive purposes and enjoys a good trip to the pub.
