Single room in Perth Centre

We are a young spanish couple living in Scotland for a year and we looking someone professional worker for share our apartment.

We live in a quite neighborhood very close to a lot of things to do in Perth:
-Bus stop (from-to Perth centre and other towns) and Bank of Scotland: 1 min walking
- Police station, fuel station, St Catherine´s retail: 3 min walking
- Asda supermarket (24 hours): 3 min walking
- City Centre: 5 min walking
- Train and Bus Station: 10 min walking

Our apartment is a tidy, clean, spacious and bright with a beautifull open kitchen full equipped (wash machine Incluided).
The bathroom is tidy and clean and has a bathtub and heating.
You share with us the bathroom, kitchen and living room.

You´ll have your own room with a single bed (with linens), light table, heating and wardrobe as well.

Its very important for us that you be respecfull with our home, clean person and follow some basic rules of coexistence (keep clean and tidy the common areas, no smoke or parties).

Every bills are incluided in the monthly price.
