I live in a top story flat in central Perth, Scotland and am renting out my spare room. Ideally located for pretty much anything within Perth.

The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, and bedside table. It is on the compact side however there is ample storage both within the room and elsewhere in the flat. The flat has been recently redecorated, including the spare room which is bright, clean and comfortable. The flat has a new kitchen and new central heating system.

I am a 27yo "professional" who is currently working from home, occasionally away on night shift, and a part time student on my final year. Therefor I am looking for someone who will be respectful of these things, ideally a "professional" of similar age. In my spare time I tend to go hiking, climbing and mountain biking, and also the pub time to time.

I have a tenant in currently who is relocating late January therefor I am looking to get someone in around the end of January 2021.
