I will post pictures of the rest of the house soon but it has an extremely generous living room that’s all furnished, good sized kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. Rent is £250 a month with bills on top. WiFi is split £10 a month and is fibre optic. Central heating and insulation will be installed in the next few weeks which will help with costs and heat throughout the year.
