One current occupant, the house owner, will be away in Edinburgh for some of the week due to long working hours and so the house will mainly be occupied by just 1 other person.

Spacious 3 Double Bedroom middle terrace house, 2 living rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dining room, office, large back garden with decking area.

Unlimited residents' parking. Also, bus stop located at the end of the road - 10 min trip into city centre.
