The flat is only a 15-20 minutes walk to the town centre, and to the college, and only 10 minutes from Morrisons grocery store, it is nice and spacious.
The room could be a large single or a double, partly furnished as my ex-flatmate left her furniture. It has it's own bathroom. The flat has a shared sitting room and kitchen. Amenities include off-street parking. Bills not included are council tax, electric (only paid every few months) and wifi - all included works out about £400-450 a month per person.
