Single room in city cottage Inc. bills

Hi there lovely people, I have a single bedroom in my cottage in Perth available from from 20th May 2023 for short term bookings of one week to two months willingly considered. The room is a cosy single bedroom with two double wardrobes, a comfy double seat, a display cabinet/bookcase and bedside tables. There's a shared kitchen/living room and a lovely courtyard garden, and the patio area in front of the cottage belongs to the property, with a table and chairs outside for enjoying the sunshine. Most bills are included except broadband as I use a mobile hot-spot. I am very busy and spend a lot of time away, so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time. The living room is a lovely space, fully furnished, and there is a writing bureau with drawers for extra storage that you can use as your workspace if required. The cottage is very central, right next to the Tay and just minutes from all of the amenities in Central Perth. It is a very peaceful little hidden haven. The room can be yours for one week to two months at a time. I am a working artist and Mum, and now live in Edinburgh so am rarely at the property other than at the weekend. Please email me a bit about yourself and when you need the room, and for how long, I would prefer a mature flatmate and request that there are no crazy parties. Pets will be welcomed as swell. I require up to 400 pounds sterling as a security deposit for any losses or damages incurred and to cover cancellations with short notice., should you choose to come for a break. if you are looking for a short term let of under a month then the deposit will be equal to the number of weeks you plan to stay ( for example 2 weeks = 200 deposit}) I also request that the rent is paid monthly on the same date that you move in, and request that bookings of under one month are paid up front on arrival.
