A large furnished double room is available. Lots of storage space including a large wardrobe, and bedside cabinets. A desk or more storage can be easily provided if need. There is a garden and patio area as well as a secure shed for bicycle storage. The house is in a desirable part of Perth on a really quiet road and close enough to walk or get a bus to the city center.

You can expect to have a quiet landlord who is friendly and welcoming. I will aim to make you feel like it’s your home as much as mine. Includes access to all areas of the house including both bathrooms and a large kitchen and living area.

Some bills are included in the rent including fast internet, council t and water. However gas and electricity will be split. Off street parking is available for multiple cars.

I am a veterinarian who is interested in Sports, animals and lots of walking. I spend most of my time working or exercising. I'm very open and interested to meet people for all walks of life.

There is currently me and one other tenant.
