large bedroom,(£90) for one person weekly, looks over the garden

Bedroom is furnished see pics - but you are welcome to bring your own bed, sheets, pillows or even furniture.

(Normally max occupancy is 2 individuals renting and me.)

All you need is the deposit to book you a room and one week’s rent to move in. rent MUST be on time. or u risk loosing your deposit, so I advise bank transfers, but rent can be paid with cash.

I need a months’ notice on moving out.

on all bus routes as well as the ice rink, swimming pool, train station, supermarkets and of course a ten min bus ride to Perth centre.
